I'm really no expert on this. Maybe someone can be more helpful than me.

I suggest unsubscribing from the list and resubscribing by sending a
request to INMONROE-D-request with one word in the body, "subscribe"
without the quotation marks, and the subject line left empty.

In the digest mode everything comes in one package rather than piecemeal.
