Pat, 1920 census for L.A. county has two listing for a William E. Fraser.
First one enumerated on 2 & 3 of Jan. has William E. 85, NY, Can, Can, (no
occ) wife is Harriet A. 65 Oh. This in Malibu twp, Los Angeles pg 219A. The
other enumeration dtd 22 march has 85 y/o William E. Fraser NY, U.S. U.S.
(no occ) inmate at the Malibu twp. National Military Home. pg 30B. Dick
