To the LIST ADMINISTRATOR:

I need to ask a question concerning Posting Photos "somewhere" for Dubuque, Iowa and another city in Iowa, onto computer. I've never done this before.
The situation is this: My Aunt served her entire life in the Salvation Army, retired as a Brigadier, and died at age of 92 in year 1999. Her name is CYNTHIA JANE TAYLOR.
I have an album of many, many snapshots of children and others, which were taken whereever Salvation . Army would send her to serve.
I think it would be nice, as her legacy, to post these pictures, and if anyone would recognize themselves as a child or adult, I will gladly send the picture to them.
I realize this is a place for LOOK-UPs, but honestly I don't know where else to find the answer. I'm truly a beginner at trying to put these photos on a computer site.
