I am looking for information on any of the following names. John L. JOHNSON born Sept 28,1854 or 1856 in Oklund,Haugesund,Norway. He died on his farm east of Emmetsburg. He was in Canada before going to Story City,Iowa and ended up in Palo Alto County. He married Ellen GUNDERSON GOODMANSON in 1907. She had the following children from a previous marriage: Isabel GOODMANSON married W.J KRECJI,Gertrude GOODMANSON married F.E BROADWELL,and Edward Benjamin,I believe he took on the JOHNSON name for a while and Gidvert Siverine GOODMANSON(he is my Grandfather) he married Hattie Mae COBB. Any help would be appreciated.
