Hi
Iam looking for any help n finding my greatgrandparents, and great great
grandmother in Iowa after 1860.They appear on the 1870 census in Iow.
Their names were Lawrence, (Lauremce, Larry) FITZSIMMONS and a dozen
other possible spellings, and she was Bridget aka Fidelia,
Delia,Delilah, Bedelia, and more, RILEY, REILY, REILLY, RILLEY etc.etc.
Bridgets mother Mary RILEY is enumerated with the FITZSIMMONS famly, she
is a widow.I have the census and know some of their children were
baptized at St Mary's Catholic Church. Other than that I have no
information on them in Iowa so anything at all would be most
helpful.They left Iowa and moved to Nebraska about 1891.My grandmother
was Marcella FITZSIMMONS, one of I think 11 children (I forget right
now) she was born in Iowa 1890 but I cant find any records for her,
baptisms, her birth anything..Can someone please help and / or tell me
how I might find these things out?
