Daniel O'Donnell Will Admitted to Probate Here Today
Admitted to probate in Johnson county district court today was the will
of Daniel O'Donnell, former resident here, who died March 31 this year at
Abbeyfeale, County Limerick, Ireland.
The will was admitted on the position of witnesses Michael Foley and
Daniel J. O'Donnell, both of Ireland.
The Iowa State Bank and Trust company was named executor without bond.
William R. Hart is attorney of the estate.
