Top o' Cindy, There is also a publication "Township Atlas of the United
States" authored by John L. Andriot. No longer in print but any larger
research facility should have one. (My San Antonio library does). I copied
all of Iowa's 99 counties twp's. (about 20 pages) The library also has book
form indexes for 1840 & 1850 Iowa. The twp maps are in the front of those
books as well. Dick
