Frank's children were born in Waukon and a child listed this as his place of
birth on his death certificate. I'm sure this is Frank in Jefferson twp and
his wife is Eunice Elisabeth. I am trying to track down his lineage, but it
has been near fruitless. His father was from Illinois but we don't have a
name for him.
