Rebecca, What is your source for the family moving to Iowa? Find nothing for
them based on your search criteria and cannot find your Foster family in
1900 Henrico co, Va. to use as a guide. Do however, find a John B. 53 Eng. &
Isabela 47 Ire. Foster in 1870 Livingston co, Il. Older children in the h/h
are indicated as born "Kennedy, which I'm hoping may be the town of Kennedy
in Saskatchewan Province Dick.
May you live to be a hundred, with an extra year to repent! Irish proverb
