Robert Simington (1757-1841) was placed on the pension roll of Pennsylvania 1839
for service as private in the Northampton County, Pennsylvania militia. He was
born in Somerset County, N. J.; died in Columbia County, Pa.

Anderson's company, Col. John Bull's regiment of Foot. He was born in England;
died in Washington County, Pa.
Thomas Barnes (1760-1836), in 1781, served as private in Capt. Demas Worrell's
company, Philadelphia County militia. He was born in Ireland; died in Mercer
County, Pa.
Benjamin Ross (1747-1827) received depreciation pay for service as private in
the Pennsylvania line during the Revolutionary War. He died in Lancaster County,
Pa.
John Purcell (1735-97) served as private in the 11th regiment, Pennsylvania
Continental line, from Washington County, 1778-83. He was born in Westmoreland
County; died in Washington County, Pa.
Zebulon Pike (1751-1834) served as cornet, adjutant, captain and
lieutenant-colonel, New Jersey troops. He was born in Lamberton, N. J.; died in
Lawrenceburg, Ind.
