Of PATRICK McHALE, about 20 years of age - 5 feet 7 inches in height - is a
blacksmith by trade - he left home in Boonville, N Y., in May, 1855, and went to
Chicago. He left there the same fall, and was in the company with a Scotchman.
Information received by his brother, M. C. McHale, Keokuck, Lee county, Iowa,
and by the return of a letter shall receive $20 reward.

Of MICHAEL PIERCE, of Ballinacarragh, parish of Kiltonaghty [co. Clare]; when
last heard from was in Croton, Lee county, Iowa, in June, 1855. Information
received by Matthew Guthrie, Dubuque, Iowa.

Of RICHARD HEARTNETT, and his sons, Michael, James, Thomas and Jeremiah, and
daughter Honora, of the county of Kerry; when last heard from were in
Burlington, Iowa, one year ago last May. Please address his son-in-law, Michael

Of THOMAS REILLY, son of Bryan Reilly, of the parish of Killeary, county Meath,
who at the outbreak with Mexico enlisted in the 1st regiment of Illinois
volunteers, under Col. John G Hardin; when last heard from, after his return
from Mexico, he was in Peru, Laselle county, Ill. If this should meet his eye or
that of any person knowing his whereabouts, they will confer a favor by
addressing his brothers, John Reilly, East Freedom, Blair county, Pa., or Jas
Reilly, Allengrove, Scott county, Iowa.
