Subject: [IA-IRISH] Our own information wanted ads...
Date: Wed, 12 Feb 2003 18:36:58 -0600
With St. Patrick's day fast approaching and since I do most the blabbing on
this list and since we have lots of new people, I thought it would be fun to
post our own "Information Wanted" ads that I will ad to our "Irish in Iowa"
website at a later date.
If you would like to participate ...keep your ad in the same format as you
have seen some of these previous posts of "information wanted" ads and it
must have an Ireland and Iowa connection.
Have fun with it.
I will go first!!

Information Wanted
Of David Joynt, of Ashfield Demesne, Beagh Parish, Co. Galway. When last
heard from (1867) he was in the Dyersville, Dubuque Co, Iowa area with wife,
Bridget McDermott Joynt. Rumor has it he died before 1870 and is buried
somewhere around there. Information thankfully received by his gg
granddaughter, Cathy Joynt Labath, Long Grove, Iowa.
