John,
I think the very issue is that Peter is not a brother-in-law, because
according to the Dupre researchers, the Ann Mouzon, daughter of Louis
II, married a Dupre (or was it Sinkler, I forget), while Peter's wife
may or may not be a daughter of William Henry Mouzon. I did have
Peter's Ann in the family below for many years until being told a will
disproves this.
Betty and Susan will need to help out here, because I no longer have
those emails where we discussed this...
