Greetings from SC. There must be cabs but I really don't recall seeing any.
The Mills House will be wonderful but make your reservation quickly-- they
book well in advance. I bet that the Mills House shuttle driver would be
happy to deliver you the few blocks to the library or the Huguenot Society--
although I doubt they will be open. I have trouble catching the Huguenot
Society open during the week ! LOL And I suspect that the government offices
will also be closed.
