Just to put in my two pennies worth!
The Abraham LE BOULLENGER, Sgr of rixdorp, near Leyden, WAS A HUGUENOT,
ermigarted to Leyden in 1685 from his home town of Cambrai - the family were
drapers, established in Rouen in the XVI th C. The name has always been
preceded with LE and invariably been spelt BOULANGER/BOULLENGER/ BOULLANGER-
I suggest that the searches for the ancestors and siblings of this Abraham
should be searched for in CAMBRAI!
