Been lurking reading the posts on this list for months, have learned a
great deal. My Great Grandmother Mary Annis Maze Scholl (1869-1958) every
St. Matthews Day dressed in black to mourn the Massacre. Want to document
the Huguenot connection or disprove it. Info on her Great Grandfather John
Maze/Maise d. May 1805, Harrison Co., KY from his will probated there.
Possible wife Jane. At FHC on Ancestral File they listed Jane and John
Maze married in Lancaster Co., Pennsylvania. Plus same children I
have:Thomas, John, Samuel, Jenny, Anny, David and Betsy. In John Maze
Sr.'s will: Jenny How; Anny Kirkpatrick; Thomas Maze; John Maze; Samuel
Maze David Maze and unmarried daughter Betsy Maze. David Maze migrated to
Franklin/Union Counties, Indiana 1812. Any information or suggestions most
welcome, willing to share what I have. Lancaster list queries have thus
far yielded zip. Thank you! Nancy in Indiana.
