Though I don't have the name of the ship that sailed from Leyden handy,
I do have it at home. It was not The Neptune, unless by translation. I
found a derivative name or an altogether different name for the ship on
a web site a week or so ago. Sorry, I don't remember which site.
I don't have the passenger list, but will make some inquiries and post
my findings to the list.
Best regards,
Ron M. Cazort

Ron,
I'm not a descendant of the Cossart line but an searching for
relatives who
also came from Holland. Do you have any passenger lists? I'm
searching for
our entry to the United States for the family names of Crookham
and
Berrier(French) but said to have left from Rotterdam aboard the
ship the
Neptune in 1727. The Crookham line came sometime before 1730.
Any help would
be appreciated. Thanks Diane
