Our family in England (and latterly Australia) are believed to be of
Huguenot origin. They first appear in Scotland in the mid-17th century
without prior ancestry. Does anyone know of the name in Huguenot
circles (or variants). My research through the Huguenot Society in
London has only revealed a little. Is there a good source anywhere else
I could contact?

A family member says her late father found a Huguenot connection in the
France/Germany border area, but she has not been able to find any of his
paperwork!
