Thank you Elizabeth for your help. I do the same, when I am able. I
appreciate your offer and I am sure you are beginning to be overwhelmed.

This I posted to the list recently and if you find any bit of info on this
family is appreciated.

My Huguenots left an unknown (to me) part of France, possibly Artois, and went
to England. Jean Dupuis and his 5 sons, Isaac, Jean, Elias, Charles and
Daniel.

They left England and arrived in Boston, MA in the late 1600's. Jean, the
father, was an elder ("ancien") of the First Huguenot Church of Boston. Jean,
the son, anglicized his name to John Dupee and the rest of the family followed
suit. All of my American family are Dupee. They were members of the Oxford
Colony in America and returned to Boston and lived throughout New England over
the years.

Thank you.

Karin A. (Dupee) Joyce
