Hi Gerald,

hard to tell where this surname cames from, but found quite a few
dozen in Hungary today. Not a place name and not a Hungarian word. (The
other day I was looking for Vály descendants; called a few people with
the surname and was told it's origin is Estonian.)

Dely would rhyme with whey
