I have been trying to determine the surname of my grandmother and I have
to many spellings, it there any way of finding which name may be correct.

The death certificate shows her father to be George KULIK. Her tomb stone
shows
ULIK, a note that I recevied from the church in Cleveland written by someone
currently
there show it spelled UHLRIK.

Does anyone have any suggestion as to what the correct name/spelling would be?
