Our local Hungarian Church was merged with one of the other Catholic churches in town. It was
closed, sold, and torn down so the local hospital could build a National Cancer Institute. Some
stone work and a stone exterior statue will be incorporated into the new structure. Another exterior
statue, the bell and cornerstone was erected at the Hungarian Cemetery. the bell contains the
following inscription (all caps): SZENT ERZSEBET (St. Elizabeth, I presume), AJANDEKOZTAK A
KIRALYUDAROCZIAK 1919. I left out the diacritical marks. Can anyone translate ?
