Hello all,
Would this smoked bacon be called speck? I remember as a child in
Passaic/Clifton, NJ, going to Windisch's meat deli, and dad buying speck, which was a
smoked bacon.
He sliced it very very thin, placed it on bread with a thin slice of onion.
Oh boy, was it ever good!
