Hi John,
I'm really (wildly) guessing here but it looks like your Topolyo
Boinoti might be Italian for Topolya, county Bács-Bodrog, district seat
of the same name. Today it's called Backa Topola in Serbia. Give it a
try and see where it takes you ...
