Hi Beth,

you were not forgotten; kept your query in my inbox - to be answered
- but had a hard time getting to it!:-)

1.a) can't make sense out of this. Likely mis-spelling; xxxkór means xxx
illness, sickness.
1.b) Bélfájás = could be due to mesentery or other intestinal disorder
like ulcer;
1.c) Kelevény = boil, carbuncle or furuncle, could also have been edema.

Your second entry has been answered nicely by Géza.

3.) Could it be 'született'? Which means of course: born.

4.) Helve(ticus) Calvinist, Presbyterian (faith); hisvall might be
hitvall(ásu)? could imply the same faith as the father's. Földmívelök
means farm worker.
