Not a puzzle at all. Karoly is Hungarian and translates to Carl, Karl or
Charles in English. Ferency is probably Ferencz, which is Hungarian for Frank.
Also Hungarian names are spoken last name followed by first name; therefore
Ferencz Karoly is Charles Frank, if translated in this manner, and placed in
English name order. Another example would be Gabor Eva becomes Eva Gabor in the
USA. Hope this helps.
