Subject: [HUNGARY-L] Town name changes

According to a marriage certificate sent by the registry office in Salgotarjan, my ggrandfather JANOS GREGOR was born in Nemes-Lubella. I have established that that town was in Lipto county and have found a 1910 map that shows the location. A current map does not list that name however. Nor does Lipto county still exist. Can anyone tell me if there is a free site to research town name changes.
The same marriage certificate tells me my ggrandmother ANNA KASPER was born in Upic (Csehorszag). I have yet to find this (these) town name(s) in any list. Is Csehorszag a new or old name for Upic or vice versa? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
