WOW, Thanks to everyone who replied offering assistance. I had several
requests to clarify some information...Here it is.

Alexander (AlekSandor?) Regene is the great dead end. Although he died in
Wood COunty Veterans Hospital, there are no obituaries. I also checked for
the Chicago address listed on the death cert. to no avail.

Alexander Jr. b.1922 4155 Lindell st, St.Louis, Mo, St.Louis was my father.
He went by Alex Henry and eventually had his name changed. He stated that
they moved to Chicago,Il., Cook County and lived on Rush Street before he
was 5 years old.

"C" Regene was Carol June (Fuqua) Michael's wife. Her death cert lists her
as Regene but the ANCESTRY.COM links show her as REGENER.

Michael (Alban)sp. was my uncle. He had two daughters, Susan and Renee.

Marge/Margaret (sp.) was my father's older(?) sister.

Ann/Annie was his younger sister.

Theresa Budroff/Rutroff was his mother. She was b. 3/28/1889 in Rich
Fountain, MO, OSAGE County to Sebastian Budroff and Barbara Brendel/Prentel.

The Regene family's from the Phillipines and Nebraska are in no way related.

Unfortunately, my father had an intense hatred for his entire family and
never spoke of them, kept pictures or anything else. I have a photo of his
mother, nothing more.
