My little comment, Marika,

to your mentioning of kielbasa: I'm fighting my local butcher here -
who hails from Austria - (and makes decent Hungarian sausages):
everything gets thrown into the 'kielbasa' bin! I try to tell him that
if he calls it Hungarian sausage then it should be 'kolbász' and not
'kielbasa', but he just laughs at my suggestion!:-) Very few people
would recognize 'kolbász', yet everybody knows kielbasa. Yet the two are
not the same!!
