Hi Rita,

I brought up the history of both ships. It is interesting they both left
from the same port, the same date:

Aller 6/7/1897 Bremen New York North German Lloyd

and likewise the Barbarossa.

Try checking the Barbarossa's manifest for that date...just throw in a
wildcard for a persons name; maybe the manifests were transposed.
