Hi Dee,

Bukovinka was in the old Bereg megye, Munkcs Jrs. Today it is called
Bukovynka, and it is in Ukraine, so will you have a pretty difficult time
trying to obtain any vital records. The LDS Family History Library has not
yet done any filming for this area. You can see Bukovinka on this map:

Look about 7 km NE of Munkcs.

As for Biko, I can find no such place although there are some possibilites.
If you post the name under which you found your grandfather on the Ellis
Island data base, "we" might be able to better determine the name of this
village.
