Which I believe says "parents names, religion and occupation."

There is a word that looks like
zsellerek

the first letter is very questionable maybe a "z" "R" "E" "N" or ???

Does anyone have any ideas?

Diane, now that we have the myfamily.com website you can scan that
particular record and post it to the website.
Now you don't have to be afraid of sending attachments and worry about
viruses. I am sure there will be somebody who can figure out what it says.
I have sent you an invitation to the website but you have not logged onto it
