Hi Lil,
no post office, not even the US', will guarantee cash sent in standard
mail. I lost hundreds of dollars because of this. But if you want to take
your chances registered, return receipted mail might do the trick ... but no
guarantees.
If you just want to send postage for them Internatianal Reply Coupons are
available in all post offices here (in the US) - but don't get accepted
everywhere. Rural post masters don't know about them ...
