IBUSZ Hungarian Travel Company had a Budapest map of districts. I bought mine
in Budapest in May 1990. Of course, the districts shown would vary from
years ago.

I wanted to give you an 800 number for IBUSZ Hungarian Travel Co. who used
to be in NYC. I no longer find a listing for them in white or yellow pages.
Their Swedish site says they are "specialists in Ungern since 1902". It is a
pity if they are no longer in NYC.

My map shows the following: (keep in mind this is 1990 info)
Rakasz utca District X
Varosmajor utca District X11
Diosarok utca District X11

Try ordering a Budapest Districts Map from any Book Store, or call Malev
Hungarian Airlines 1 888 223-6884. They may be able to help you.
