No problem at all if you know how to use CHARMAP in the M/S
"Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools" Menu. Here are some examples of
the already accented letters it offers right from your keyboards:

Ä Á À Ã Å Â
É È Ë Ê
Í Ì Ï Î
Ö Õ Ô Ø Ò Ó
Ü Ú Ù Û Ü

I guess that about covers the capital vowels, eh!

I can send some further info (which has appeared on this list before) if
you want to know more about how to do it.

As you can see by the above, in both my and Dr Bardos' parts of the
message, the internet did NOT distort the special characters based upon the
use of CHARMAP.
