I'm not sure why some people are having problems with email and hyperlinks,
but I use AOL and have no problems with that. I also have no problems
reading accented characters. I haven't tried using them in outgoing email,
but I recieve plenty of emails that include the accented characters. I have
not made any changes to my setting to use these features, but I do know that
there is a way to turn off hyperlinks in the parental controls on AOL.
