Subject: [HUNGARY-L] Early Census Records, what's on them?

Hello listers,

Today I received a reply to a question regarding what films the Hungarian
National Archives has (for my specific interests) , not filmed by the Mormons.
The list shows the following census records, along with their film numbers
and cost in (presumably) dollars:

National census of 1715 for Zemplen, Szatmar and Gyor counties; National
census of 1720 for the same counties; the Regesta decimarum, tenths
(church-rates) census 16-18 centuries, same counties; Conscriptiones portarum
-Dicalis (tax) osszeirasok (census), 1530-1707, again, the same counties.

I'm curious as to whether these records are statistics only, or if they show
the names of the inhabitants who were taxed. Does anyone out there know?
If anyone wants the film numbers and costs, please e-mail me; I'd be happy to
supply the information. I think you'd still have to contact the Archives,
though, for complete costs (shipping, etc.).

Thanks for any info on the content anyone can give me.
