Hi Julian,
King's Hungarian Army Infantry Regiment # 30 (Supplemental district Budapest)
Don't quite know what to do with 'Samm. K.:' -- maybe collection 'k'? (Sammlung?) or author(ization) of something; but the rest says that it can be disbanded (or dissolved, dispersed) with the
medical corps.
