There are only three phone listings in all of Hungary for the surname Heinzl. They are:

Heinzl, Józsefné, 1094 Budapest,, Mihálkovics utca , (1) 215 7974,
Heinzl, Ernoné, 9200 Mosonmagyaróvár,, Aranyossziget utca 35. , (96) 219 087,
Heinzl, János, 9200 Mosonmagyaróvár,, Tó utca 6. , (96) 206 669,


However, there are more than 300 listings for the surname Paulik in all of Hungary, so without a village or settlement name, it is difficult to narrow it down. Since our ancestors often married spouses from the same village, I tried for a Paulik in Mosonmagyaróvár, and got lucky.

Paulik, Józsefné, 9200 Mosonmagyaróvár,, Kálnoki út 7. , (96) 217 870,

I would write to all of these and see if they might be related or know of someone who is. As for the other two names, I could not find anything.
