Yes, I've ordered many microfilms. Never a glitch.
1. Ask the e-mail sender how much the copies will cost to be sent AIRMAIL
FIRST
CLASS, and what is the bank account number of the National Archives.
2.Have your bank deposit that amount in their account; you will have to pay
your bank about $35 extra for this transaction.

They will charge you by the metric foot, about $18.00 per full reel. It
will take them about 2 weeks to make the copies. Airmail first class
should bring them within another 2 weeks. (If you don't ask for airmail
first class, you will be waiting about 2 months.)

For faster and easier communications, you may want to fax them. They will
have no problem with English.
