Hello Joan Hollingsworth,
Your place Serz Nuezina seems to be an idiosyncratic spelling for the former Neusin now Neuzina in modern Serbia, the Serz a corruption of Srpski ( means 'Serbian') or the like . Before 1921 the area was part of the Hungarian county ( called megye or in pre 1921 Hungary varmegye) of Torontal. It is also an area of German settlement known as Banat, hence your folk being German speakers. Settlers in the mid to late 18th century from southern Germany to several eastern European areas including the Banat are often referred to as Donau Schwaben (Danube Swabians). These settlers were typically Roman Catholic.
Villages would have a German name, a Hungarian name and name(s) in the local languages such as Serbian, Croatian, Romanian in the Banat region.

Location of a a prisoner camp for Germans held by Partisans during World War II.
If you look at the Banat sections of the site it will give histories and research resources for that area. Couldn't see anything for 'Estranfeld'
You may want - and I would highly recommend it - to enquire with the Banat email group at:
Neuzina comes up on Jewishgen ShtetlSeeker Town Locater and Mapquest
http://www.jewishgen.org/ShtetlSeeker/loctown.htm
but I couldn't get it on Expedia Maps
http://maps.expedia.com/QuickMaps.asp
I couldn't find anything on Bodash; I'd suggest you put the name to the Banat group and see what they make of it.
Happy hunting,
regards
