Itt küldöm szeretettel nagymamátokat kérésetek halála után is
épen úgymint ha élve, hiszen olyan volt éltébe, mint szeretö,
gondos édes anya.

I'm sending you with love your grandmother('s picture); your
request after her death were (the same as) when she was alive
since all her life she was a loving caring mother. (Expressions
in parentheses are implied meaning within the sentences.)
