Hi there and a Very Merry Christmas to you all!!

Please reply to my address below..thank you!

I have been at our local FHL this week and got a print out of the town
called Trstene, Slovakia. I am very confused now. There are three different
'contents' to choise from.

They are:
1. Roman Catholic parishes which include baptisms, marriages, deaths,
comfirmations and conversions for Bobrvec, Slovakia, formerly Nagy-Bobrocz,
Lipto, Hungary. Includes the affiliated town of Trstene Slovakia, formerly
Nadasfalu, Lipto, Hungary.

2. Reformed church parish registers of baptisms, marriages, deaths and
confirmations for Zdana, Slovakia formerly Zsadany (also called
Hernad-Zsadany) Abauj-Torna, Hungary. Birth index includes births for RC in
Trstene pri Hornase, Slovakia, formerly Nadasd, Adauj-Torna, Hungary.

3.RC parish records of baptisms, marriages, deaths , confirmations and
conversions for trstene pri Hornade, Slovakia, Birth index with the Reformed
church parish registers of Zdana, Slovakia, formerly Zasdsny, Abauh-Torna,
Hungary on film # 2010713.

My grandparents were both born in Trstene, Slovakia according to their
passports.
I do not know which of these to order from. Can anyone help? I think that
they were catholic.

The other thing I need to know because our FHL does not have a booklet of
the simple translations for Slovakia is the translations for the following
words.

Krsteni
Sobaseni
Zomreli
Konvertovani
index k matrike zomrelych

I know that each must mean birth, death, marriage etc. but which one is
what?
I would very much appreciate the help.

Do I take it that Trstene was formerly Nadasfalu, Lipto, Hungary at one time
and if so would anyone be able to tell me when it changed over to Trstene,
Slovakia?

Thank you so much in advance!
God Bless you all!
Merry Christmas! And a safe and happy New Year!
Shelley Mack
