I had many cases of twins in the records I was transcribing yesterday for
Nemetkeresztur, Habsburg Hungary (Deutschkreutz, Burgenland, Austria now).

In each case of twin boy and girl, the entry was Gemelli or Gemini.
However, several sets of twin girls were Gemello, not -a.

Another suggestion: every case but one of boy/girl twins had the boy
recorded first. So if you can see Gemelli or Gemini, and the second entry
is a girl, you may have a boy as the first entry.
