There is no solid dot over any letters in the Hungarian alphabet.
Assuming you are unsing an english keyboard, here are the following ALT+ you
can use:
alt+ 130= é
alt+144=É
alt+148=ö
alt+153=Ö
alt+129=ü
alt+154=Ü
alt+160=á
alt+161=í
alt+162=ó
alt+163=ú
you cannot make the u and i's with the double long dashes (like alt+163, but
2 of them). You would probably have to indicate it with u" or o".
