from:

You write asking for information on the Koch family. I have very little
but will gladly share what little I have. My great uncle William Koch
married ll Feb. 1915 at New England, ND. to Elizabeth Regina Dorner. She
died in a house fire July 1935 shortly after they settled in Milwaukee,
wisc. Both William and Elizabeth were born in Hungary, she in Molifalva
, and have no placename for his birth.
After Elizabeth's death, William remarried a woman by the name of Molly
Cole. Children by his first marriage were; Marie (died in same house
fire as mother 1935); Ann Koch married Elf Thompson; Katharine Koch;
Barbara Koch; Bill Koch, Jr. and Albert Koch. Children by the second
marriage were Frank Koch. Molly and William eventually divorced sometime
into the marriage. Molly had 2 children by a first marriage.
You may contact the State Historical Society in Bismarck, ND. for
immigration records if you suspect the family settled first in ND. They
were farmers and William lived next to his father-in-law at New England,
ND. before removing to Wisc. about l929, where he was a milkman by
trade. Have you also looked at census records, they can help to provide
names of missing family members.I hope this has helped in some small
way.

This is my first posting, so hope I've not violated and rules of
etiquette.
