Seriously, we won't be violating anyone's copyright, so rest easy. And the
handbook itself will be under a creative commons license, so there will be
no copyright to violate ;->

Briefly ......

The maps of Protestante congregations in France together with complete lists
of their locations already exist, SHPF published them in the 1950s, not yet
available on line and still in copyright though I do have them for research
purposes.
