Hi Guys

Has anybody had experience of dealing with AncestralManor.com?

I received an email/newsletter from them - don't remember anything about them prior to the email but don't we all look at all sorts of research sites - and they have some good Huguenot stuff on their site.

I placed an order some days ago for the Minet family History as a pdf., no instructions on how to download, my account says that the payment is 'pending' - for some days now - I've sent 3 emails but have had no response.

Anybody else had experience of working with them?

And I'm curious to know how they got around to writing to me - somebody may have told me already and I've just plain forgotten.
