To William and Betty, it would help if you had a timeframe for searching.
Irish records in general are sparse, and many were destroyed in 1922.
Protestant marriages were registered from 1845, but other events relied on
Church records, many of which haven't survived. Censuses have also been
largely destroyed.

If you have an exact locality, the Tithe Aplotment records or Griffiths
Valuation (mid 1800s) can help.

I'm afraid I don't know anything about Huguenot records in Ireland
specifically, but the above conditions apply to Irish records generally.
