Some Belgian researcher told me, that the name LALLEMANT was in Warquignies
in the BorinĂ¢ge Hainaut. Might be Walloon or Huguenot name.
Rachel LALLEMANT marries Jean LE CLERC, b. about 1625 in Frankenthal) April
1655 in evangelian church, Frankenthal, Palatinate (Pfalz).
Daniel LALLEMANT marries Laurette PAULUS in 1654 in evangelian church,
Frankenthal.
Daniel L'ALLEMAND, maitre Drapier, citizen de Frankenthal, marries Marie
CHATEAU, widdow of Jean L'ALLEMAND of Mannheim 19.09.1657 in french reformed
church, Mannheim.
Isaac L'ALLEMAND, young man, born in St. Pierre close to Calais, son of
Anthoine L'ALLEMAND, married Elizabeth FROMEAUS, young girl born in
Mannheim, daughter of Isaac FROMEUS 27.08.1679 in french reformed church
Mannheim.
The name FREMAU/FREMAUX known as Walloon in Norwich, Canterbury and
Threadneedle Street.
"Isaac L'ALLEMAND, du Gouvernement d'Arde, sa femme et un enfant = 3
Personnes" were living in Rossow, Brandenburg, Preussen 1699. He was a
"planteur de Tabac" and his wife was Elisabeth Fremont. They left about
1700.
"La Veuve de Daniel LALLEMAND" was living in Villeuneuve, Brandenburg,
Preussen in 1699.
"Jean LALLEMAND, de Nerac en Gascogne, Faiseur de Camelot sa femme et trois
enfans = 5 Personnes" were living in Halle in 1699.
I don't know if some of these were related to one another. The family of
Rachel would be of most interest to me.
